Cancellation policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled while awaiting fulfillment, inventory updates, manufacturer restocks, or distributor confirmation.

Orders are considered final at the time of purchase, including during limited releases, promotions, and sales events.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the order will not be canceled or refunded. Instead, the client will be offered one of the following resolution options:

• Product credit

• Product exchange for a comparable item

• An interim product while awaiting restock


Selecting a resolution option confirms continuation of the order under the chosen terms. Failure to select a resolution option does not constitute order cancellation.
